This video consists of an image that has been edited in three different ways. The way is desaturation, the second way is split screen and the third way is adding text over the image.

I don't think that the image represents the music video genre of narrative. I think this because there is nothing in the image that is specific to the genre.
Next time I would set up the picture so it includes specific elements of the genre so it is recognisable as a narrative music video.
