The digipack carries a similar theme throughout. The black and white theme and two tone man is a convention often used by music videos in the Ska genre. We have used this in order to make our digipack recognizable to Ska audiences and to make it link with all of our products and other Ska products. The front cover of the digipack represents a split cover. Half has the two tone man sleeping during the day, shown by the white background and light coming in the window. The back cover represents the two tone man drinking and skanking at night, which is represented by the dark background and the moon.
Other Ska album
This is the front cover of an album by 'The Specials'. This represents the black and white background and the checkered borders, along with the two tone man. This is a convention of the Ska genre which we have used throughout all of our music promo and products. The text on the front cover is quite simple and it is easy to recognize the genre of music through the cover.
